If you want to keep the advertised price competitive, write:

This protects the company from changes in government fees and helps you provide the correct final price for each client.

PACKAGE EXCLUDES
The following services and personal expenses are not included in the standard tour price, unless specifically mentioned in the final quotation or requested as an additional service.
1. International Airfare
International flights to and from Nepal are not included in the package price.
Guests are responsible for booking their international flights to Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, and their return flight from Kathmandu.
Nepal Voyage Treks can assist with general flight planning information if required, but the cost of international airfare is the responsibility of the client.
2. Nepal Tourist Visa Fee
The Nepal tourist visa fee is not included.
International visitors are responsible for obtaining the appropriate Nepal tourist visa and paying the applicable visa charges. Visa requirements and fees can change, so travelers should check the latest official requirements before arrival.
3. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included and is strongly recommended for every international traveler.
Guests should have suitable travel insurance covering, where appropriate:
- Medical treatment
- Hospitalization
- Emergency assistance
- Trip cancellation
- Trip interruption
- Lost or delayed baggage
- Personal belongings
- Emergency evacuation
- Unexpected travel delays
Nepal Voyage Treks does not pay medical, evacuation or other personal insurance claims on behalf of clients.
4. Medical Expenses
Any medical consultation, medicines, hospital treatment, dental treatment or other medical expenses are not included.
Any medical costs incurred during the tour are the responsibility of the traveler or their insurance provider.
5. Emergency Evacuation
Emergency evacuation by helicopter, ambulance or other emergency transportation is not included.
If an emergency evacuation becomes necessary, the cost will normally be the responsibility of the client or their travel insurance company.
6. Personal Expenses
Personal expenses are not included.

Unless specifically included in the meal plan, drinks and beverages are excluded.

Normal drinking water arrangements can be added to the quotation upon request.
8. Alcoholic Beverages

Guests who wish to purchase beer, wine or other alcoholic drinks can pay directly at the hotel, restaurant or bar.
9. Lunch & Dinner Outside the Included Meal Plan
The standard package includes the meals specifically mentioned in the itinerary.
Any lunch or dinner not specifically listed as included is the client's responsibility.
For example, if the quotation is based on daily breakfast, lunches and dinners in Kathmandu, Pokhara and Lumbini are normally excluded unless a full-board meal plan has been purchased.
Clients can upgrade to a full-board package for an additional cost.
10. Hotel Room Service
Food, beverages and other services ordered through hotel room service are not included unless specifically mentioned.
11. Hotel Mini-Bar
Items taken from hotel mini-bars are personal expenses and are not included.
12. Laundry
Laundry, ironing and dry-cleaning services at hotels are not included.
Guests can request these services directly from the hotel and pay the hotel according to its rates.
13. Telephone & Internet Charges
Personal telephone calls, international calls, SIM cards, mobile data packages and additional internet services are not included.
Free Wi-Fi provided by hotels or restaurants, when available, is normally available to guests according to the property's policies.
14. Tips & Gratuities
Tips are not included in the tour price.
Tipping is a personal choice and depends on the client's satisfaction with the services provided.
Guests may wish to tip:

- Porters or other support staff where applicable
Nepal Voyage Treks does not require a fixed tipping amount unless specifically stated in the quotation.
15. Optional Activities
Activities not specifically mentioned in the confirmed itinerary are excluded.
Examples may include:

- Zip-line
- Bungee jumping
- Ultralight flight
- Mountain flight
- Hot-air ballooning

- Cycling tours
- Additional boating

- Adventure sports

These can be added upon request at an additional cost.
16. Additional Sightseeing
Any sightseeing destination that is not included in the confirmed itinerary is excluded.
If guests wish to add additional temples, museums, villages, viewpoints or other attractions, the additional entrance fees, guide time, transportation and other applicable costs may be added to the final quotation.
17. Entrance Fees Not Specifically Listed
The package includes only the entrance fees specifically stated in the confirmed quotation.
Any new attraction, museum, monument, cultural site or activity added after confirmation may require an additional entrance fee.
Government and local authority entrance fees can also change without prior notice.
18. Additional Chitwan Activities
The standard Chitwan program includes only the activities specifically confirmed in the itinerary.
Additional or upgraded activities may cost extra, including certain private safari arrangements, special nature programs, extended activities or other optional experiences.
All Chitwan activities are subject to national park regulations, weather, seasonal conditions, safety requirements and local operating conditions.
19. Additional Hotel Nights
Extra hotel nights before the scheduled arrival date or after the scheduled departure date are not included.
If a guest arrives earlier or stays longer than the itinerary, the additional accommodation, meals, transportation and other services will be charged separately.
20. Single Room Supplement
The advertised price is normally based on twin or double-sharing accommodation.
A traveler requesting a private single room may need to pay a single supplement, depending on the selected hotel category and travel dates.
The exact single supplement will be stated in the final quotation.
21. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
Standard hotel check-in and check-out times apply.
Early check-in or late check-out is not guaranteed and may involve an additional hotel charge.
If a guest requires guaranteed early check-in or late check-out, this should be requested in advance.
22. Flight Delays or Changes
Costs resulting from international flight delays, cancellations, schedule changes or missed connections are not included.
Additional hotel nights, meals, airport transfers or transportation resulting from such changes may be charged separately.
Nepal Voyage Treks will assist guests as much as reasonably possible when travel plans change.
23. Road Delays & Unplanned Accommodation
Nepal's roads can sometimes be affected by traffic, weather, road construction, landslides or other unforeseen conditions.
If an unexpected situation requires additional accommodation, meals or transportation outside the confirmed itinerary, those additional costs may be charged to the client unless otherwise agreed.
24. Personal Damage or Loss
Nepal Voyage Treks is not responsible for personal belongings lost, stolen or damaged during the journey.
Guests are responsible for their passports, money, cameras, phones, computers, jewelry and other valuables.
Travelers should keep important documents and valuables secure.
25. Lost Baggage
Costs resulting from lost, delayed or damaged airline baggage are not included.
Guests should contact the airline and their travel insurance provider regarding baggage claims.
26. Visa Extension or Immigration Penalties
Any cost related to visa extension, visa overstay, immigration penalties or other immigration matters is the responsibility of the traveler.
27. Personal Transportation Outside the Itinerary
Private transportation requested for personal shopping, independent excursions, restaurant visits or activities outside the confirmed itinerary is not included.
Additional vehicle use can be arranged at an additional cost.
28. Guide Overtime
The package is based on the sightseeing schedule described in the confirmed itinerary.
If guests request significantly extended sightseeing hours, additional activities or substantial changes to the daily schedule, additional guide and transportation costs may apply.
29. Services Not Specifically Mentioned
Any service, facility, activity or expense that is not specifically mentioned under “Package Includes” should be considered excluded unless it is confirmed in writing in the final booking quotation.
